Sendgrid Inbound

The sendgrid inbound email field type enables a collection to receive incoming emails through SendGrid’s Inbound Parse functionality. When configured, it allows external messages to be sent directly into your system, capturing the email content—including subject, body, sender, and attachments—for further processing or automation.

This field is ideal for workflows that rely on email-based inputs, such as support ticketing, lead capture, or automated data extraction from emails. Since it functions as an input channel, it does not involve operations and is configured to passively collect data.
